Refund Policy: Seventy-five percent refunds will be granted if requested more than two weeks prior to the camp. No refunds will be possible if requested within two weeks of the camp. All course offerings are contingent upon sufficient enrollment. Windward School reserves the right to alter the offerings at camps or to cancel camps. A full refund will be made in the event of cancellation.

Extended Care
Windward Summer Camps will be providing extended care for the summer. 
Extended Care Hours:
Morning Before Camp Daycare - 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - $45 per week
Afternoon Extended Daycare  - 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.- $65 per week 
Windward Sports Camps CIT Program
The Windward Summer Camp Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is open to rising Ninth Grade students who will be enrolled at Windward for the 2019-20 school year. The CIT position is a hybrid camper/counselor. CIT’s will both participate in camps and assist the Counselors and Staff in leading groups and ensuring the camp runs smoothly. CIT’s will pay half-price for camp in recognition of their work assisting the staff.
CIT applicants must complete the application for the position no later than Friday, March 22. They will be notified of acceptance no later than April 8. Attendance at past years of camp will be one factor in selecting CIT’s. Students will be asked to indicate the week(s) for which they are applying.
The CIT Program is open to Windward students only. Applications will be evaluated by the Program Lead, the Athletics Leadership Team, and the Director of Summer Programs. CIT experience will be one factor in considering Counselor applications in future years. Those who wish to be counselors in the future are strongly encouraged to consider being CIT’s as rising Ninth Grade students.
