The Gift of Time & Talent

Participation in school life has been the cornerstone for the Windward experience since the School’s founding in 1971. With your time and talent, you can impact the Windward students and the community in many ways.
There are many ways to get involved in the Windward community, whether it's by volunteering with CulinArt, Windward's excellent food service provider, participating in the Windward Network, or volunteering with the Advancement office to secure much needed philanthropic support for the School and help educate the parent body about the School's exciting programs and initiatives.
If you have any questions or would like to volunteer your Time & Talent, please contact Director of Development and Special Events, Lindsay Knaub, in Advancement Office at (424) 289-1050.

The Parent Guild

Windward parents are automatically members of the Parent Guild. The Parent Guild’s volunteer programs strengthen the Windward community, enriching the social, cultural, educational, and fundraising activities of the School. The Parent Guild Executive Board works closely with the Advancement Team and other Departments to ensure a successful year of programs and initiatives.

The Parent Guild holds five meetings during the year on the 2nd floor of the CTL building beginning with a light breakfast at 7:45 a.m. (Meetings start promptly at 8 a.m.).

All parents are always welcome.

The Windward Network

The Windward Network leverages the collective wisdom and social networking of the entire Windward community to open doors, facilitate mentorships, and enhance the careers of our Windwardians. We encourage all members of the Windward community to participate in the Windward Network. There are so many ways to get involved, including having coffee with an alum, offering a student an internship, and speaking at an event.
