Inclusivity

Windward School’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity is an integral part of its educational fabric and is inextricably linked to the mission of the School. Windward School is dedicated to creating a welcoming community that embraces the individuality of each of its members, encourages students to develop a deep understanding of identity, and fosters an inclusive environment where diversity is both recognized and honored.

Windward School is comprised of individuals who reflect diversity across many aspects of identity. Inclusive practices within Windward School demonstrate the value of diverse thinkers, learners, and individuals by providing a nurturing environment for each of its members to grow and develop.
