This year's Grandparents Brunch will take place in the Lewis Jackson Memorial Sports Center in order for students to join as well. As a reminder, this is for grandparents and Windward students only. We encourage Grandparents to stay following the brunch to join the rest of the family and enjoy other Homecoming activities like musical performances, a dance performance, and the Boys Varsity Football Game.
This year, we’re adding the all new Wildcat Bake Sale to the day’s activities and we need your delicious donations! If your friends refer to you as “The Muffin Man”, “Queen of Tarts”, or “The Mad Batter", this is your time to shine and raise funds for Windward! Items can either be homemade or store-bought but please, nothing perishable and label whether or not your items contains NUTS and/or GLUTEN. All baked goods can be dropped off in the Advancement Office on Friday, Oct. 13, or no later than 10a.m. on the morning of Homecoming.
If you would like to contribute to the Wildcat Bake Sale or are interested in volunteering at the event, please contact HOMECOMING Co-Chair Raina Rosenblum at email@example.com
The Sawtelle lot will be reserved for Grandparent Brunch parking only before 11:00 a.m. Please park in the Palms lot if you are coming early for volunteering. Parking will also be available at the Sepulveda Center parking lot (3415 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90034). Shuttles will be available throughout the day until 6:00 p.m. Please do not park at the Mormon Church or in the neighborhoods.
