Winner of eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Spring Awakening explores the journey from adolescence to adulthood as a group of young people struggle with questions of morality, sexuality and self-identity. Set to a punk rock score, this groundbreaking musical personifies the struggles of growing up and finding your own unique voice.

New Works Festival

New Works Festival, February 17, 2023 (open to Grades 7-12)

The New Works Festival is a unique opportunity for all of our student artists to write, perform and direct original pieces. Guest artists will help guide the creative process culminating in an evening of dynamic and personal performances. Students from across departments will be eligible to participate in this immersive performance experience. Poetry to dance, music to theatre, robotics to world languages. All are welcome!

Based on the popular Disney Channel Original Movies, Disney's Descendants: The Musical is a brand-new musical jam-packed with comedy, adventure, Disney characters, and hit songs from the films!

Imprisoned on the Isle of the Lost – home of the most infamous villains who ever lived – the teenaged children of Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar, and Cruella De Vil have never ventured off the island… until now. When the four troublemakers are sent to attend prep school alongside the children of beloved Disney heroes, they have a difficult choice to make: should they follow in their parents’ wicked footsteps or learn to be good?

Windward Improv Troupe (W!T)

Windward’s improv company W!T, is back!

Our shows are fully improvised (the art of making stories up on the spot). W!T performs shows monthly focusing on short form and long form comedy. All are welcome and make sure to check out the delightful faculty and alumni shows. There is nothing more fun and that brings the school community together in laughter like a W!T show!
