On Thursday, April 28, members from across the Windward community — parents, alumni, faculty, and staff — enjoyed a wonderful evening for the school's inaugural Women's Leadership Forum.

Held at Santa Monica's Tiato Kitchen + Garden, the event featured a panel discussion with alumna Ariella Salimpour '13 and parents Moira Shourie and Jennifer Garner, who shared their experiences and insights about their careers, keys to success, overcoming challenges, and balancing life priorities.

The discussion was followed by a networking hour during which attendees had the opportunity to find and strengthen connections with other members of the Windward community. Overall, the event aimed to inspire participants to continue to find and be sources of knowledge, friendship, and support.
