A huge congratulations is in order for Windward Sophomore Juju Watkins, who was recently named the 2020 SportsKid of the Year by Sport Illustrated for Kids!

At 6 feet tall, Juju is a force to be reckoned with on the basketball court and ranked as the top player in the country in the class of 2023.

Juju graces the December cover of the magazine, which has featured superstars such as Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan on past issues. In the feature article, on newsstands now and online here, Juju also talks about the opportunities she has to motivate and influence the next generation of female basketball players.

We are so proud of Juju’s accomplishments both on and off the court!
