Windward is proud to celebrate Hudson Hillin ’27, who has been named a 2026 YoungArts Fellow with Distinct Honors in Narrative Film for his original film, Instant. Hudson’s recognition marks a historic achievement for MAFL and reflects the collaborative spirit and talent of our student artists.

As part of the award, Hudson participated in YoungArts’ national artist development program this January, joining exceptional teen artists from across the country to explore, develop, and present their creative work. “YoungArts was an unforgettable experience,” Hudson shared. “It was eye-opening to witness so many talented young artists across such a wide variety of art forms, and I feel truly fortunate to have been a part of it.”

YoungArts is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious arts fellowships for high school students in the world, supporting young artists across disciplines including film, visual arts, design, and multimedia storytelling. Congratulations to Hudson on this remarkable accomplishment!
