Hire Options Partners with Windward Network for Interview Workshop

On January 26, the Windward Network hosted a hands-on event for all 10th Grade students featuring Hire Options, a Los Angeles–based recruiting and staffing agency, led by guest speaker and Windward alumna parent Christy Kreisberg and Windward Network Director Robin Pickett. Christy shared practical guidance on the interview process, covering both in-person and virtual best practices while emphasizing that authenticity, confidence, and research remain essential. The session concluded with live mock interviews, giving students a real-time opportunity to practice their skills and see how preparation and poise can make a lasting impression.
