CulinArt Joins in Halloween Festivities

Halloween was a festive day at Windward with everyone participating, including our amazing CulinArt team in the Pavilion. Trick-O Treat Pancakes for breakfast and for lunch we had our famous Windward Taco Tuesday with Monster Eyeball Soup. There was tons of candy, which put a smile on everyone's faces and the community was overjoyed with the special treats provided for them.
