In preparation for the Honors Advanced Theatre Ensemble's production of “The Laramie Project”, music faculty member Zach Neufeld recently shared his experience playing in the oratorio, "Considering Matthew Shepard." Joining in the discussion was professional singer Stefanie Moore, who also worked with Zach on the oratorio. From discussing the structure of the piece to comparing the various styles and narrative beats contained within, our students were fully keyed into the valuable wisdom and perspective Stefanie and Zach provided, their expertise helping to improve and inform our students’ own performances.
