7th Royal Flag Traveled to McManus Park to Take On Turning Point
The 7th Grade Flag Team traveled to McManus Park in Culver City to play Turning Point in a scrimmage. The Turning Point 7th-8th Grade Team was too much for the Wildcats, as they dropped their second scrimmage in a row 20-8.
Turning Point was a bit too big and physical for the Royal Team, as they were just a bit more phyiscal for its defense to handle. The only score of the game came on a twenty yard pass from Alex Rand-Lewis to Zach Brown, who caught the ball deep in the endzone. The two-point conversion was scored on a run by Ben Noah, who scampered behind Keenan Stevenson and "BIG" Gabe Schuman. The 7th Grade Royal Team travels to Brentwood for the first league game of the season on Thursday, October 5 at 3:30.
